Aaron Johnson's original compositions and acoustic sound will inspire, provoke and awaken the soul. Mr. Johnson studied music harmony at Chicago's American Conservatory of Music. In addition to studying the upright bass under the tutelage of Steven Lester of The Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Aaron has had extended engagements in Japan and Dubai, performed at Ashford and Simpson's Sugar Bar in New York City with session drummer Buddy Williams, performed with the Late Grammy Award Winner; Jazz Trumpeter Freddie Hubbard, fulfilled a number of engagements and studio session work with former Miles Davis Producer/Keyboardist alumni Robert Irving III. Recording artist producer/drummer; Lenny White has also accompanied Aaron on a studio recording project. Mr. Johnson created an educational music performance program that was successful in the State of Illinois and Wisconsin. He has also instructed a strings program at a New York City progressive educational institution, which was enthusiastically received. Aaron Johnson's numerous performances have been instrumental in developing his own unique approach to the language of sound.
